The Lindsay family met for our annual 4th of July party at mom and dad's. So who came for dinner? Mom and Dad invited the Poolmans, McCalls, Martins, Levells, Jonathan, Kara, and I. (JP was on a trip to Boise). Everyone was supposed to bring either something salty or something sweet as well as fireworks. We all enjoyed the food, the fireworks all around town were beautiful, but it was the family announcement that brought the most joy to the evening:
Jonathan and Kara are PREGNANT!!!
So who's coming to dinner? Answer: Our future niece or nephew....OR maybe both?
We are still waiting to see which of the grandchildren will follow in grandma's footsteps in having twins. They are due in March which means we will just miss seeing the baby born. But regardless, we feel so blessed that we live in an age where we will get to see the baby via internet not long after the birth.
