001..sneak peak

We did it!  Or should we say HE DID IT!!  We found a new place and it's more than we could ever hope or imagine!  Will it be problem/leak/ant free?  Absolutely not!  But we have confidence we are to follow Him down this new step in the journey!  Here's the short version of the story!

We met with the property dealer to see 801 in Tower 1.  Mind you, we live on the 15th in Tower 2.  Not too far, right?  Well, prior to this meeting, we had been lifting these thoughts to the Most High...

• We wondered what we could do with a bigger living/dining area?  More space for parties and teams that come to visit?  Could we ever get an 01 or 02 place as they are bigger?
• We imagined how nice it would be for a women's team to ALL FIT into our kitchen and for the fridge to actually be IN the kitchen as well?
• We dreamed of living on ground floor and seeing Sawyer playing in his own backyard with shade and a tree to desire to climb. 
• We wondered if anyone would ever give us a 2 year lease, fixed rent price (without 10% increase after 11 mos), and no problems with a personal lease rather than business?  
• We hesitated and were nervous about telling our current landlord that we would be shifting a month sooner than the lease was rendered complete.  

The property dealer had the wrong place.  We finally met up with the landlord.  He was waiting for us in Tower 2 (our tower..remember?).  SURPRISE!  He didn't take us to the elevators to go to 801.  He began to open the door to 001-Ground floor.  SURPRISE!  HE DID IT:

• Living/Dining area bigger in a 01 flat!
• Double size kitchen for both refrigerator AND washing machine to fit in PLUS women's team!
• Ground floor, big yard, and a tree; faces gardens of complex for us to easily meet people who are out.
• Landlord easily gave us 2 year, fixed price, personal lease because there was something about us that he liked and that led him to say no to the other 3 families waiting to hear on the same flat.
• Current landlord had no problems with anything and is even waiting to fix the house until after we leave so we won't be hassled!!! 

 The lease was sent, we have mailed the required documents, and we hope to sign everything this week!
