You Break It...

You know that sign that often appears in many stores "You break it, you buy it!"? Well, shouldn't that same concept also apply to a handyman that enters my home to fix or install something and, in the process, breaks a window? Claiming it was just a mistake doesn't get you off the hook little fella.
